How Troubleshooter Can Solve Oven Problems

At one time ovens did not have doors, and they did not shine a light on the baked item. No cook became upset when it was hard to see into an oven. No baker expressed displeasure, when someone opened the oven door, while a cake was baking. Today, though, cooks have come to expect the availability of such features in an oven.
